Reservation Policies

• Two-night minimum stay.  Weekends are Fri & Sat or Sat & Sun.  Call about one night options. 
• Three or more nights required on Holidays.
• $100 / $200 deposit required when making reservations on all properties.
• Discount if staying longer then 3 nights.

           - 4 nights 10% off, 5 nights 15% off, 6 / 7 20% off

• Weekday discounts during the winter. Call for details.
• Gift Certificates

General Policies

• Check-in is between 4pm and 6pm. Feel free to call the week of your stay to see if it is possible to get in earlier or call if you need to come in late.
• Check-out by 11 a.m.
• $50 cancellation fee up until two weeks of your stay.
• If a reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, payment is non-refundable.
• No smoking inside cabins; please smoke outside.
• No pets allowed.
• Visa, MasterCard and Discover accepted.
